Reefwatch Air Tours operates 365 days of the year. It is advisable to book at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability on the day you wish to fly. If you wish to confirm our services please fax or email your details for a prompt confirmation. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard) and credit details are required with your booking request.

When enquiring about Charters, in order to create an quick and accurate quote, we would appreciate the following information:

	The number of passengers
	Preferred departure dates and times
	Any unusual requirements (ie. large or fragile items, extra luggage)
	The destination, and any sights you would like to see en route (we are able to provide suggestions here).

It may take a short while to compile a quote, so please bear with us if we ask to call you back in a few minutes. As we often deal with very remote areas, we may have to confirm fuel availability, runway serviceability, international flight clearances, accommodation and other items which may affect the payload for the trip.
